Confirmation

After you complete your request, you will receive a confirmation email with a Service/s number.
This is the moment that your contract in relation to the products and service/s ordered will come into existence.
This confirmation email will provide all the details of your Service/s, then we will check that your service/s has been correctly entered in system and that your payment can be correctly processed.
For any service/s, our obligation to reconfirm will be subject to your payment having been received in cleared funds.

Cancellations and Changes

Payment methods other than those stated are not accepted and no responsibility is accepted for cash or cheques sent through the post.

You authorize us or an authorized third party to take full payment for the total amount of your purchase. When pay by credit card.

If there are any problems with your payment, we will contact you within 48 hours.

We are not obliged to provide any service/s, confirmations, vouchers or other, in case the amount will be exceeded the limit. To proceed with the confirmation, the payment process must be finalized, and the funds should be received in our bank account. However, in all cases the Customer remains liable for payment of the full amounts for the Service/s ordered.

After completion of the payment and booking confirmation, you will receive by S D T T Travel And Tourism LLC all necessary documents (receipt, invoice) by e-mail to the e-mail address you have indicated during your booking.


Refund policy

If you cancel your service/s request, you may be entitled to a partial refund. In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of your Supplier(s), our standard fees will apply as may be outlined on your receipt.

The refundable portion of your purchase price (if any) will be refunded to you once we have received the funds back from the Supplier(s). To the extent we are refunded by the Supplier, we shall pass this refund onto you.

If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer.

If you have a purchased for any of our products or service/s, and do not avail yourself of such product or service/s (“no show”), you will not be entitled to any refund. Subject to the relevant supplier policy you may, however, be entitled to a refund of any tax you may have paid for your requested service/s.


Services Requirements

Please ensure you have a valid document/s for the duration of your service. in general, more than 6 months. You may also be required to obtain a visa for some destinations (including for transit points) and it is your responsibility to do so prior to service/s starting.

When making a service/s request you must ensure that your name and the name of any persons for whom you are making a booking match exactly the name as it appears in your or the persons documents for persons who you are making the service/s request for them.

We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to complete your service/s due to not complying with any such requirements and we take no responsibility for assisting or advising with this.

It is your responsibility to collect that information regarding each destination own requirements as far as entry formalities, vaccinations, etc. which can also vary depending on the client nationality.

No incidents arising from the failure to comply with such official regulations will be considered our responsibility. We therefore urge you to always verify the different formalities of the chosen destination or transit countries, as well as the time needed to take all the related steps.


Compensation

You agree to indemnify us, including our officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, expenses, legal and attorney’s fees and damages arising out of claims resulting from your misuse of this website and/or any material you post to or transmit through the Website or its servers, or any breach of this Agreement. Any of the damages must be proven by the party that claims it.

U.A.E Tourist Visa Service terms and conditions:

  • The visa is valid for use within 60 days “from the date of issue”.
  • Visa Approval is at sole discretion of the Immigration Officials. Once your Visa Application is submitted to Immigration Department, the Visa Application Fee is non-refundable whether it is approved/rejected or delayed.
  • In case of application returned for any reason by the General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, the representative of the company shall have the right to review and complete the request within a maximum period of 10 working days from the date of application return for modification status.
  • Please do not book flights and hotels until after issuing the visa and make sure of its information, as the company is not responsible for any additional expenses.
  • The company is not responsible for any mistakes in the visa information issued after two days from the date of issue.
  • The applicant undertakes to travel or change the status of his visa, before the expiry date of the visa.
  • Visa fees are not refundable in any case.
